The Corporate Communications team supports a broad range of communications efforts and activities across all business lines, including executive communications, media relations, employee communications, corporate social responsibility (CSR), research, writing and content development.

This role involves supporting the planning and execution of a range of external and internal campaigns, and collaboration across lines of businesses to deliver communications initiatives across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Monitoring and Analysis

  • Monitor and assess media coverage, industry developments, and emerging issues to identify reputational risks and opportunities
  • Track campaign performance and prepare coverage reports, insights, and post-campaign evaluations

 

Communications – Internal and External

  • Draft and update communication assets, including press releases, talking points, social media posts, speeches, and more
  • Think creatively to develop new concepts and ideas to support communication efforts
  • Support team leads in managing external communications, internal communications, and CSR initiatives across regional markets

 

Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Work with Communications Lead to land impactful CSR initiatives that contribute to local communities and enhance stakeholder relations, with a focus on children’s hospitals, wish-granting and empowering the next generation of storytellers.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with cross-functional and cross-market teams to ensure aligned messaging and coordinated communications efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, press, NGO partners, and more
  • Mentor interns and support their day-to-day project contributions and development

 

Administrative Support

  • Manage agency and vendor operations, including contracts, invoices, and project delivery
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure projects adhere to timelines and budgets

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Government, Media or related field is required
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, or journalism or related field
  • Experience working in regional, multi-market environments, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of the entertainment, media, and streaming landscape
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop clear, engaging, audience-centric communications materials
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and evolving organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and event management skills, including experience supporting or executing press events, activations, or corporate events
  • Familiarity with Gen-AI tools, media monitoring platforms, audience engagement tools (e.g. Slido), and design platforms such as Canva is advantageous
